Locking decoration

I have an idea for a quality of life feature what if when building your house on items such as water bowls food bowls doors baths etc, you would be able to “lock them” making it so that they are now just decoration and serve no use and the reason why you might want that is if you used a food bowl as part of a build but you don’t want people having their pets using it then they could just lock it and it would just be decoration for the build
