Lost trade history

After I stop playing adopt me for a while when I came back I lost all of my trade history. The purpose is that I'm trying to find the user I've been traded with and talk something about them(its pretty important for me).

Thank you for your reply! So your saying that basically I can still trade without having to worry that my one of my trade history goes away?

Hey Mina!

Trades do not go away if you make additional trades. Just remember we can only assist with hacks that have occurred in the last 14 days.

thank you for your reply steven! I do have one more question on monday I’m going to request a report since my account got hacked and I want my pets back, and I really want to trade in adopt me again, but I’m scared that if I do some trades then my trade history of the pets that I got hacked with will be gone and adopt me won’t be able to help me get my pets back If the trade history is gone. So I would just like to know if my trade history will go away if I make a trade?

Hey Mina!

Trades stay for around 180 days. Once they have left the trade license, support is also unable to see them.
