Dear Adopt Me Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I´m writing to request your assistance with an issue that occurred recently.
Yesterday, I traded for a Farm Egg, which had been on my wishlist for a very long time. After finally getting it, I was switching servers to check out offers from other players. During this time, i went awayfor a bathroom break and when I returned I discovered that my Farm Egg had been hatched into a Chicken.
Unfortunately, my cousin (who was sleeping over) had access to my iPad because I left it on and hatched the egg without my consent while I was away. I believe this happened so quickly because the tasks had builzt up while I was server hopping. I was very upset as I had literally just gotten it and was looking forward to keep the egg for future trades.
I understand that you might not typically reverse situations like this, but I would be incredibly gratefull if there´s any way to restore my Farm Egg. If necessary, youre welcome to remove the Chicken that resulted from the hatch.
Here are my account details:
My username: Toastmaschine, it was about 2 a.m CET 26th december 2025 when the egg was hatched
Thank you so much for taking your time to look into this issue and understanding.
Best regards,
Toastmaschine

Hey Dodo!
Unfortunately, we are not able to reverse the hatching of eggs for any reason, both due to our internal support policies and lacking the tools necessary to be able to reverse these.
I do understand that this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however, we greatly appreciate your understanding!
