This process is returning, please do not worry!
The process of being able to report a player directly to Adopt Me Support will be part of a change to our support system next week. There was a large amount of feedback regarding our previous process being a part of our live chat process as opposed to being a separate system.
In the meantime, we heavily recommend reporting players directly to Roblox through the Report button on a player's profile page. You can also report player profiles and trades in-game through either the trade license or a player's profile screen.
