Hello! I really need help, I am sending this post 2 times because they are ignoring it. A bug occurred during the trade, my friend and I decided to exchange pets on September 29 at 1:00 and I gave him all my good pets, but during the exchange a glitch occurred and I was kicked out of the server, and after I logged in it became clear that the trade had taken place after all but neither I nor my friend had any pets. Our nicknames (my Notrealsit1) (friend LYNASHA_L2) pets in trade FR TURTLE ? NFR KITSUNE, R GOLD RAT, NR LEO, R WHATER BEAR.
I attached photo evidence, after this exchange I didn’t exchange anymore fearing that the bug would happen again, please help me return my pets, they mean a lot to me

For privacy reasons, i have both deleted the screenshots you have sent (don't worry, these were reviewed before deletion) and sent you an email to the email address attached to your Support Forum account with additional information.
Unfortunately, this is not a bug but instead a scamming method. Details of this were explained in the email sent to you, but we are actively looking for solutions against this type of scam.
