When I try to get my hacked pets back Wich the support buttom. It says that its not avible To get them back.

I was hacked on Adopt me on 1/12/25 and I need to get my pets back. I have evidence of this and have reported
it already. I want to get my pets back. Thanks! PS: The images are evidence.

Hey Amber!
This can occur for a few reasons:
- If it has been over 14 days, we are not able to do a direct return of your pets, in which case we can offer you a compensation package so long as you have reported within 1 year
- If you attempted to contact us on October 19th, our Support live chat is closed on the weekends for all sections
- If you have not first contacted Roblox Support and gotten the Proof of Hack we require, you will also be denied until you have gotten this proof.
