The story is this, I was hacked through a link two weeks ago, I already filed a complaint on the first day and only today I was able to return my pets, but alas, I have to wait 30 days before I can trade them, I would like to know how to pass the time?

There is no way to bypass this 30 day limit. This is a safety precaution put in by my team in order to ensure the pets/items are not potentially stolen again, as we cannot return them again.
