My account is not working correctly

I use a newer iPad Pro.  I can’t pick up food more than a few at a time at best.   When I attempt to eat it lags terribly.  If I try to pick up food or eat it will lag if I attempt to exit a building or teleport.  Sometimes it will lock.  This has been getting worse for months.  It is extremely frustrating.  I was hoping it would resolve,  but no such luck.  Can support check my account and fix the issue/issues?

Can you please let me know the following:
- Have you picked up a lot of food items recently?
- What iPad Pro are you currently using?
