We here at Adopt Me Support may restrict or remove a player's ability from contacting Support due to what is called "Support Form Abuse."
What is considered Support Form Abuse?
Support Form Abuse can include (but is not limited to):
- Continuously opening tickets for the same issue after being denied
- Using profanity, targeted offensive terms, or any form of inappropriate language against an agent of Adopt Me Support
- Purposefully giving Support false information in an attempt to ban another player, or have something given to an account that was never earned/purchased
What doe Support Form Abuse mean?
Depending on the severity of the abuse that has occurred, we may deliver different types of actions. These actions can include:
- Revoking the ability to contact Support
- A temporary or permanent ban on trading within Adopt Me!
- A temporary or permanent ban within Adopt Me!
