Dear Adopt Me Support Team,


I hope this message finds you well. I recently experienced an account hack, but thankfully, I was able to recover my account. However, all of my valuable pets were stolen during the hack.


Unfortunately, your support system is not working for me, and I am unable to use it to get help. This has left me in a difficult position, and I am hoping you can assist me directly in restoring the pets that were taken.


Please let me know the next steps or any information you require to retrieve my lost pets. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Hey Monika!

If you are unable to use our Support system due to an error message when logging in, this means your account is under the age of 13. If this is an error, I recommend contacting Roblox Support to get the age on your account fixed.

If this is not an error, you will need a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf at parents@uplift.games

If you are under the age of 13, you must have a parent or guardian contact us.

If we see the email is not from a parent/guardian and instead from a player under the age of 13, we are required to close it due to data privacy laws involving contacting users under the age of 13.

Hello, Adopt Me! Team!

I also faced a similar problem, but I am still unable to receive help after attempting to contact parents@uplift.games. I am a player under the age of 13, and I got hacked on 1st November 2024 by cambre24. I would really appreciate it if you could explain how to contact your team and receive my hacked pets back in more detail
