I requested to post our issue via the forum here as we are having trouble logging into my daughters account via support page. She’s only 12 would that be the reason why? It’s saying I can’t access with her account and that we need to change accounts to proceed. I’ve attached a screen shot of what it says.

This is correct, as your daughter's account is only 12 it cannot be used with our Support live chat experience. Please send us an email at parents@uplift.games with the appropriate proof and we should be able to investigate further.
