I'm unable to make exchanges in the game, when I press exchange a message appears telling me to contact support. What should I do?

Please contact our Support team over at playadopt.me/support during our business hours. Select the "I Can't Get Into Adopt Me" option, followed by "I am unable to trade in Adopt Me"
