Good afternoon! A terrible problem happened 1 day ago!!!
I made an in-game purchase tonight. I decided to buy sweets for the event for 30 robux. BUT. Not only did the sweets not come, I was also thrown off the server, indicating this
"You were kicked from this experience:
A bug was detected so we've closed your session. Please try logging in again. (Error Code: 267)"
... before that, I also played the game.
I had 6,000 sweets, and then it became 9,000, but after I was just kicked off the server, I switched over. and what I saw...Not only did the sweets bought for 30 robux not come, but also 3000 were charged for the game and I have 6000 again! The Robux did not come back and now I have 40 Robux in my account, instead of 70...Please do something about it (Thanks in advance!

Please make a ticket in our live chat system regarding the purchase you have made letting us know it was not received. One of our agents should be able to look into it further.
