So I have a question what if I got hacked in 2019 And they took all my pets before the trading license came out. Could the adopt me admin check past trades and recover your pets?

We are sadly unable to assist with hacks from 2019.
The reasoning for this is because we only hang onto trading data for a certain period of time due to data retention reasons. As a result, if a trade cannot be seen in the trade license, the Support team is also unable to see it.
I understand that this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however, we greatly appreciate your understanding.
