Inventory Loss

So basically, a long time ago in 2020 I remember logging into my adopt me account and noticed I lost all of my progress including my houses, my pets, my furniture, toys etc. and it meant a lot to me since i got really lucky and spent a lot of time into getting all of the pets I had. I was wondering if there was a way to recover all of my old progress because i really do like this game and i want to get back into it, but the problem is i have to start from scratch and also values changed and i feel like it's just going to be really hard if i restarted. thank you for reading.
