I can't get help on the adopt me support page and Ive been trying to get help since november 8th

Hi, im a player who recently got into adopt me around February of 2024 and started to trade and get new stufff. I was hacked on the 7th of November for really high valued pets and ive been trying to get help since November 8th of 2024, I have been trying to contact Adopt me to get support but it seems that whenever I contact them it never goes through. I have contacted roblox about this issue but they arent that good of a helper too so im just wondering why hasnt most of my requests been going through because its been over a month and i just want to have this issue resolved. thanks so much for everything!

hello im not sure why my comments arent going through right now but i dont see any error when contacting, but every time i comment i only get a response of "our times are these" and the account name im contacting you guys with is the same one here, ywianuo. thank you for commenting back

hi, no im not seeing any error but when i first contacted the support it was within the times available to get help but it told me to try another time and ever since then i havent been able to get in touch with them since then. the account name i contacted it on was the same account here.
