hello! so i just bought a toy from adopt me but the item code with it is already redeemed and not by me. i didnt think this would be possible but it sadly is as far as im aware of. here are some proofs of me having the code, the toy and the rolox accesorie not bein in my inventory on roblox . i also added a screenshot with my username, the toy and the code as well just in case. also my roblox username is Toby_BeThePotato

I'm very sorry to hear that your Virtual Item Code was already redeemed. Unfortunately, Adopt Me Support cannot assist with this issue as we don’t hold or have access to any spare Virtual Item Codes. You must contact our supplier Jazwares here for assistance.
