I can't get support

Hello there, I recently got hacked on December 24th 2024 and I got my account restored by Roblox but not my lost Adopt Me items. I tried contacting Adopt Me support but it said they're reopening January 2nd, so I tried it on January 2nd and it said they're reopening January 3rd so I tried it again on January 3rd and now it says they're reopening January 5th. Is this normal or is it a bug that's only happening to me because I'm really concerned about not getting my lost items back.

Thank you for answering, today I tried getting support and it worked but I accidentally clicked 'Yes.' when the bot asked me 'Have you received a hack return previously?' because I thought he meant an account restoration by Roblox. Now the bot won't assist me any further even though I haven't received a hack return by Adopt Me before. This was my first time getting hacked and now I'm scared I can't get my items back because I accidentally clicked 'Yes.' :/ 

Can you please help me with this. My username is 'WasWiIIstDu' resp. 'waswiiistdu'

Hi there!

I'm sorry to hear that your account was hacked. Our Hacked Queue is officially re-opening today (January 6th) in 33 minutes. Adjustments have been made to the period so anyone who was hacked during our closure will be able to receive assistance. 

We apologise for any confusion that the changes in dates caused. Due to the Winter Holiday period, we kept adjusting and pushing back the opening time due to team scheduling conflicts, however, it will be open today and continue to remain open now that we're all back in office! Thank you for your patience and understanding.
