My Virtual Item Code was missing!

Modified on Tue, 5 Nov at 7:20 AM

We’re very sorry to hear that when you received your toy that the virtual item code had gone missing.

In cases like these, the first thing you should do is contact the retailer you purchased your toy from and make them aware.

While we’d love to be able to assist in these times of need, unfortunately we don’t hold or have access to any spare Virtual Item Codes.

Instead, we recommend that you get in touch with Jazwares here, who we are partnered with to produce the Adopt Me toyline, to receive further assistance with your Virtual Item Code. Jazwares will be able to assist you with your Virtual Item Codes, after approval, for our plushies, toysets and figurines.

*Please note there is a limited supply of replacement codes.

If you’re looking for assistance with the Nerf Bee Blaster Virtual Item Code, you will need to contact Roblox and Nerf (Hasbro). If neither are able to assist, you may get in contact with us.
Please understand that we will not be able to provide you with a Virtual Item Code, so you will not be able to receive the Virtual Item (Bee Blaster avatar accessory) but we may be able to grant the in-game Bee Blaster.
