If you have contacted us regarding being hacked, we will likely have asked you to contact Roblox Support so you can receive an account restoral. We understand this can be frustrating, but it is a necessary step.
Due to Roblox Privacy rules, we here at Uplift Games do not have access to the location and login data necessary to determine whether an account is hacked. As such, this Roblox Support email is used as proof since Roblox will only provide this restoration service in the event they detect an account hack within their system when you open a ticket.
In addition, we request that you receive the restoral so Roblox can secure your account and ensure that the hacker does not have a secondary entry point, thus reducing the risk of you getting hacked again.
