I got this message “You cannot trade right now. Please contact Support.” What does this mean?

If you have received a message stating, “You cannot trade right now. Please contact Support”, please do not worry. While it may be alarming that you cannot trade, this can easily be resolved. 


This occurs when our system detects an anomaly in your trading activity and can pick up false errors, assuming you may have duplicated your item. We restrict your access to trading while we investigate. You can contact our team here by selecting "I can't get into Adopt Me", and we'll be able to re-enable your trading access.
