Accidental/unauthorized Robux Purchases

I made a Robux purchase by mistake! Can I get a refund?


Due to how the circulation of Robux works, once an item has been purchased with Robux, we are unable to provide any form of refund.


All of our items are non-refundable, so if you’d like to request a Robux refund, you can do so through Roblox Support. Roblox is the only entity that can reimburse users with Robux.


Adopt Me does not currently offer refunds if an item was purchased with bucks by mistake.


In future, please be careful when attempting to purchase items, and read through the pop-ups that appear, as these protect you from accidental purchases. Robux may be charged if you attempt to purchase an item you do not have enough currency to purchase. 


Someone made a Robux purchase on my account without my permission!


If your account was hacked or someone made a Robux purchase without your permission, you'll need to contact Roblox Support for more help. Roblox will then investigate the issue with their Account Restoral team and refund any unauthorized Robux purchases. 


Please be aware that Roblox does not permit bank chargebacks or payment disputes for unauthorized purchases. As per Roblox's Terms of Use Section 5c, Roblox reserves the right to terminate accounts that make chargebacks to their bank or original payment methods.
