If you attempt to make a purchase in Adopt Me with Robux and receive the message "Your purchase failed because something went wrong. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later." this is usually due to an error on Roblox's end.
You may notice that Robux has been withdrawn from your account or money has been withdrawn from your registered payment method, but you do not have the purchase in your account. Don't panic; the currency taken from the purchase should be refunded to your account or original payment method within 72 hours.
If the initial 72 hours have passed and you still haven't received an automatic refund, please contact Roblox Support for more assistance. Please note that we at Adopt Me Support cannot assist with unsuccessful purchases, as they do not show up in our system.
