We all make mistakes, which can be devastating when we make a trade accidentally, or purposefully but regret it later. In the interest of fairness for both parties involved in the trade, we do not issue returns on accidental trades or trades made out of remorse.
To prevent accidental or remorseful trades in the future, we recommend:
- Carefully reviewing the trade before accepting. There are multiple points throughout the trading process where you can cancel the trade, and you also have the opportunity to make sure you're certain before pressing accept.
- Avoiding using auto-clickers or macros. Please take a look at our stance on this here.
- Checking whether a trade is a Win, Fair or Loss by using our Discord server. You must be 13 or older to access Discord.
- Checking the journal to learn more about a pet to decide whether you want it.
- Locking your items in your inventory so you cannot trade them until you unlock them.
